what is the difference between these listings?
I want to buy the Six Feet Under book from amazon.com but they have two listings of the book:

and

The first one sold for $21 but the second one sold for a bargain price of $9. Is there any difference between these two versions? Thanks!

? Different publishers? (One says Pocket, one says Simon and Schuster). Dimensions aren't given for one, but they look the same and have the same publishing date. ?
