Title says it all.

I remember back before "Kill Bill" was released, that Quentin Tarantino was writing a novel based on the movie that would expand on much of the film's mythology.

I haven't heard anything about this in a while, and there's no listing on Amazon.

Have plans for this been scuttled?

I was wondering this the other day. My guess would be any plans were put on hold. The film(s) were successes, but not giant hits like Miramax expected them to be. I'm still hoping for the book, but not anytime soon.

I ordered the book through my mail order comic book supplier but the order was credited the following month due to "cancelation of the title". Don't know if they're going to push it back or cancel it all together.
