Eco or Silva - who to read first?

I bought "Foucault's Pendulum" and "The Confessor" today and to those who have read both, which would you suggest I read first?

Honestly?
I would read the Foucault first. Tear a page from the Silva to mark every page where Eco amazes you. By the time you're done FP, that pesky Silva won't be a problem any more...
