What is this book-distribution system called again?

I am very frustrated. I read on DVDtalk about a website about books, and I cannot remember what it is called.

This is how it works:
- you register your book, and it gets a unique number
- you print out a page which you receive from that website, and glue it in the book
- you place the book in a public place, and eventually, somebody will grab it
- that person will then find the page you glued in the book, which explains that that person should register where he/she found the book, can read it, and the drop it off at another public place again

Please tell me this website!
