I was wondering this because it is going for about 2 or 300 dollars for the hardcover and about 100 for the softcover. When did this go oop, and is there a chance for a rerelease. I was gonna go buy the book at amazon and it wasn't there.

I think this has been out of print since 1981. A rerelease seems unlikely at this point, but anything's possible. Try getting in touch with Simon & Schuster, if possible, as they handled the US hardcover and trade releases.
