Recommendation for book on Idioms and Phrases?

Looking for some recos on books on Idioms and Phrases. The book should have a comprehensive coverage of the same if not exhaustive. Also would love if the book discussed the origin of the idiom/phrase.

You may care to check out the online resource WordNet

For my own use, I just have a large-ish collection of "real" dictionaries both general and specialised - plus a variety of reference books - that I have picked up over time: they seem to do the job!
