After Effects Books

You can't go wrong with "Creating Motion Graphics with After Effects" (With CD-ROM) by Trish Meyer, Chris Meyer. This is probably the best book written on After Effects! There are tons of chapter examples and tutorials which should keep you busy for awhile. They have another one coming out in a couple of weeks called "After Effects in Production: A Companion for Creating Motion Graphics". This one is supposed to cover the 5.0 version and case studies of actual broadcast projects. Both can be had rather cheaply at http://www.amazon.com
I don't do alot with premiere, I usually edit on an Avid. Hope this helps!
