From the Satellite News:
KEVIN SPENDS "A YEAR AT THE MOVIES"
Kevin Murphy has signed with HarperCollins Books (yes, that's Mike Nelson's publisher) to write a book called "A YEAR AT THE MOVIES." Kevin has embarked on a program in which he will see one movie per day every day this year, and the resulting book will be about both the films and his experiences. Our source at HarperCollins says: "It's not so much a book of reviews, though that will be part of it, as a book on the moviegoing experience itself."
The tentative publication date is Summer 2002.
Sounds interesting. I enjoyed his reviews in the now-defunct Total Movie magazine. Hopefully, it'll be just as funny as Mike Nelson's Movie Megacheese. That was a funny read.
Also, if you've never read the MST3K Episode Guide, check it out. It really made me laugh. The book's not as droll as other episode guide-types.
