What with all the excitement surrounding the release of the Superman movies this week, I thought I'd recommend Christopher Reeve's autobiography, "Still Me". It covers his entire life and career, from his beginnings on the stage and television, his recollections about the Superman movies, the accident, and his road to recovery. Many people I've recommended the book to are afraid to read it because they fear that it's going to be a bummer, but it really isn't. That line about "...you are here for a reason, and it's not to score touchdowns" was a great line from the movie, and seems to be Mr. Reeve's credo. He also recounts some excellent stories about the making of the first movie, that you won't find on the DVD. Check it out!
