For those interested, starting Sunday 2/9 - 2/15, Target will be offering Buy 2 Get 1 Free Board Games, Video Games, Movies & Books.
This usually happens right after I've committed to some purchases from one of the other sources. Still, I'll make the best of it, -I never clear my cart at Target anymore.

Not again, Target is trying to bankrupt me. Though repeated B2G1 sales isn't a great sign for Target's future in this space.

At least most of my leftover items from the last sale are still out of stock

Wonder if the new releases from last time will be eligible this time?

When they say board games, would that include packs of Magic the Gathering?

Has anyone here ever played Disney's Villanous? Figure this might be a good time to pick that up with a couple expansions.

I doubt it, during one of their B2G1 board game sales before I tried it with 3 Pokemon decks and it didn't work for them.

Thanks.
I still wonder if you scanned some at one of those kiosks if it would indicate it was part of the deal. I can try this weekend.

I've never played it and can't decide if it'd be a good one for our collection - that said, it does have good reviews at BGG:

If I understand the "expansions" correctly they can be played without the "base" game so you could purchase one of them to test the waters for less.

Oh, I had no idea the expansions were stand-alone and the base game isn't required. That's unique. There is a new one coming out March 1st with Cruella, Mother Gothel & Pete (Steamboat Willie).

I enjoy the game a bunch. I own the Base Set & all the current expansions. Part Solitaire, part messing with your opponent(s).

The most recent expansion, Evil Comes Prepared, is a whole lot of fun.

There are a lot of play-through videos on YouTube, if you want to get more of an idea of how the game is played. Geek & Sundry have fun videos.

Peculiar sale so far. So many titles are excluded, -far more than the last sale.

Seems like none of the Scream Factory titles are included. I got 6 of them last time and was hoping to get more.

There's a few there, but I wonder if they haven't all populated or are being buried in the keyword search.

Hope they add some more movies in the next few days like they did the last sale.

"It's baaaack."

Despite wording in the circular ad, it does let you include pre-orders - though it's entirely possibly they will get cancelled at some point prior to actual street dates.
There are exclusions, but not as many as the last one of these. Shout/Scream titles are about 50/50 from what I looked up.

For anyone that still has money or a job, looks like a decent sale if you've been holding off.

I wish I waited on picking up the Star Wars OT on 4K, as they are included in the sale

Bought them at Target last week.

You should be in the price adjustment period -- not sure exactly how Target handles their own PM with a B2G1
At worst do a rebuy return for those in stock.

I'm going to guess Target CSR is going to get quite tired of doing this kind of correction on those SW sets

Tempted to get the 4K releases of the Original Trilogy. Basically $64 after tax for me. I値l think about it. Still a bit high, but since these are Disney releases and 4K discs I wonder if they値l dip below $20 each.

Definitely going to try to get the adjustment this week but I don't have my hopes up. They definitely Price Match but in this case it would be matching a Deal/Promotion, which I believe they don'tdo.

I'll see if they can do a re-buy/return even if stores aren't doing returns at the moment.

If you don't care for the 4K Digital Codes, you can sell them off for an even better deal. I was able to get $24+ for all 3 on another forum.

.
I know they don;t match other stores Deal/Promotions, but I thought in the past they did match their own. I could easily be off base on that though.
I haven't looked into the return/exchange, but I'll assume they are extending the return period by an equal timeframe? I guess that wouldn't help if OOP funds are critical.

True. I never use my digital codes anyways. Might just grab them and see if I can offset the cost by selling my codes.

Pre-orders are available for this deal as well - I found the UHD versions of Requiem For A Dream, Full Metal Jacket, and the new Blu-ray versions of Before The Devil Knows You're Dead and Glengarry Glen Ross.

UHD of Parasite has been added for pre-order!

I went ahead and bought the Original Trilogy on 4K in this deal. Disney rarely discounts their most valuable brands and I didn't want to keep checking for deals on them over the next year or two.
