Hmmm... this one has the "Extended" editions of the first two films. I have the 16 disc UK release which *doesn't* have those versions (plus horrible packaging) and a granddaughter who *loves* the Harry Potter movies... tempting...

Yeah, I think this is the first set to offer the extended versions outside of those big set individual sets from a long time ago. I’ll wager though that this set is just the movies without the SE second discs.

Based on the disc count I'm sure it's the "movie only" edition - which suits me just fine. I own a copy of the UK 2 disc/movie "SE" Complete Series release (the latest one in the 2 movie per paperboard slot type holders) and have *never* watched the 2nd discs - I rarely watch "bonus" features of any kind as I'd rather just watch another movie instead.

Good, Mill Creek always compresses the hell out of their sets to shave a disc or two off the total. Macroblocking heaven.

Tempting, but I already splurged on a few other things (like The Screaming Woman from Mondo) and the Ghostbusters Collection.

Yeah, they're likely dumping these. I think that's how they've always done the Harry Potter films; Warners would release a set of every available HP movie as a new one came out, and by the time the next one came out on disc, the old "complete" set would be obsolete and sold off at a bargain price.

Sounds like it's Harry Potter 1-8 and the first Fantastic Beasts movie. They're probably barebones, or have whatever scant extras are on the movie disc.

There have been two different blu-ray releases of the Harry Potter movies -- the initial releases (with the movie poster covers), and the 2-disc Special Editions (with the arty covers). I think most recent releases, like the 4K UHD, come with the first disc of the two disc SEs, so that's probably what's in this set.

Monty Python's Flying Circus: The Complete Series is 54.99.I believe that's the lowest it's been. Surprisingly they don't seem to be matching anyone with this price.

Amazon's doing the buy 2 get 1 free again. I can't see anyway to sort blu-ray from dvd, & there's over 1,000 titles, mostly dvd.

There is a search box that you can enter "Blu-ray" in and it will filter on that to the degree of what's in the title.

You very helpfully can't order the search results alphabetically. You can't do that at Target either.
