Down another 50 cents. Looks like this will be like some of the archive titles where they reduce the price a few cents every few days and then raise them back up. A game of chicken to try to get the lowest price.

There is a 2 item limit on this item. If you buy and then cancel twice they wont let you buy it again even though you never actually bought it because you cancelled the order. You get an error message that you have reached the limit for this item.

People that bought the set when it first came out may want to double-dip if they are hardcore - Warner silently went back and fixed a few credit sequences from the initial pressings. Warner didn't institute a recall program for the set, so the only way to get the new pressing is buying it off Amazon. I think it's been confirmed that new copies from Amazon are all the corrected pressings.

Blu-ray.com has the serial numbers of the corrected pressing. It's a bunch of small fixes like credit mistakes from what I recall.

I bit at $30.49, so $3.05 per film, and it arrived today. I have none of these on Blu-ray except for The Godfather and have just NCFOM and Gladiator on DVD, so this is an excellent upgrade for me.

There's a flimsy slipcover with two oversized Blu-ray cases inside with flipping disc holders. It's 14 discs overall, with 2 disc's for Forrest Gump, Titanic, Gladiator, and My Fair Lady.

Gladiator includes the theatrical and extended cuts on the same disc. Titanic is all on one disc. Godfather says it's the Coppola restoration, yet the disc is blue and matches the rest of the plain discs in this set (also says "feature film").

There are also digital copies of all the films

It's already down to $28.99 as of now, so $2.90 per film, this is a real steal. Nice bargain!

That's probably why it's so discounted now, so the next set has "all 25." Still, that's an amazing price.

Yeah, it makes sense that they want to blow out the old set before the inevitable new one. Between wanting to wait for No Time to Die, and some of the transfers being questionable I’ll wait.

For the Best Picture set if you redeem the codes on Itunes you get the 4K versions of the films that have been released in 4K. Currently that includes Gladiator, Forrest Gump, and My Fair Lady. When other films such as The Godfather and Titanic are released in 4K, both rumored to be in 2022, Itunes updates the films to 4K automatically.

Just ordered the Best Picture set--that's a great price, even though I already have one of the movies.

Amazon started to match Target's B2G1F deal. But the choices so far are slim right now.

Amazon's site for this so call copycat sale is really dog shit this year in both tittles available and layout. Besides no price sort feature, they only have a department link for only DVD and books.
I have been searching Criterion,blu-ray, and 4k to get more titles to come up. I'll just list my buys and hope it helps some other movie lovers.

Don’t know why, but the copy of the Best Picture collection that I received today came from Amazon Warehouse instead of Amazon and was completely open and missing the digital codes. I’m returning it for a new and sealed copy, which is what I paid for

I think there are fewer eligible titles, but it's true that many are hidden. Even trying to use search terms doesn't bring up everything. Then I found one title listed that matched all right with a couple others I had, and when I went to my cart, it was no longer included in the sale.

I've found that unless I have the exact UPC, Amazon's search engine is dreadful.

Why don't they simply not match the deal and do like Best Buy does and say that they don't match offers? Making potential customers jump through hoops to find similar or matching deals is not a good way to keep people coming back.
