For me that would be almost worth it just for the animated series. The movies would be a double dip on Blu-ray but its only like $5 more than the complete animated series release.

Is the animated series worth a watch for movie fans or is it something strictly for kids?

I haven't seen it in a long time but just want it for the sake of being a completionist and a fan of the franchise. It basically is your typical Saturday morning kids cartoon though and isn't anything terribly special.

I remember liking it but not finding it a can't-miss show. I was probably too old. My kids may like it. Decisions!
