I just went back and looked and read the rule but I never saw any "regular priced titles" anywhere on the site. Weird.

If its an issue, they would probably email you. I think they are reserving products as they are ordered as WKRP and other products have been removed. All items are limited and removed as they run out. So they have reserved the products most likely for you as you ordered.
You can check your order status at top of page with order number.
They really didn't make it too clear what these regular priced items are as those look discounted too. They also should have said something on the front page and not in some hard to find fine print.

At the bottom of the web page there is a logo for AMS Fulfillment. Looks like they are responsible for picking, packing and shipping orders. They do have a website of their own.
Also at the bottom of the page is the logo for Optimum Return LLC. Looks like they help with e-commerce solution = website.
Not sure if the "regular price items" are those on the homepage. Didn't order any of those. Will wait and see if my order gets cancelled.
Somewhat confusing website/instructions, but some great prices.

I did notice that the main page has categories for DVD and Blu-ray then there is a "Sale" category. There are fewer titles in the Sale area than in the "All DVD" or "All Blu-ray" areas.
For instance, all Blu-ray under "Blu-ray" is 253 items, but all Blu-Ray under "Sale" is 149 items.

Just how does one get to this sale? Can't find a link anywhere.
Btw, I hate Facebook.
Nevermind… found the site.
Looks like some good deals and I have no problem with the order/handling fees. However, concerning the "must buy 2 items at the regular price" criteria... just what is "regular price" for an item. Can't find info about those anywhere.
If "regular price" happens to be something like MSRP then forget it. By the time you figure in those sort of prices in an order of 4 or 5 items and add in order/handling fees, you won't be getting much of a deal.
After perusing the site a it more, I noticed that the prices on the homepage and the sale pages are the same. Taking into consideration Minerwerks observation that there are differences in the number of titles under the "Blu-ray" vs. "Sale" categories, my guess is that the former represents all the titles they started with, while the later represents what is still available.
If this is true, then I'm out as they have nothing left I'm interested in.
I wish I'd heard about this earlier.

Great prices (except I thought the Vincent Price was a bit pricey.....); unfortunately the only one I wanted was Summer Interlude on blu.

Don't worry about cancelled orders. Telling the difference between sale and non-sale items isn't easy, but they won't let you check out if you don't have two non-sale items in your cart. If you really care in advance just look for items in the Blu-ray category that aren't also in the Blu-ray Sale tab.
I've been taking part in this annual dale for many years. Sometimes the prices are amazing, sometimes just good. But it's always for charity.

If my order goes through, great. If it doesn't go through, then I will save over 100 bucks on stuff that I wasn't dying to have. As long as they don't try to change a price on my order or try to charge me for something without me approving it, then I am good. If you throw in regular MSRP on most of those, then the deal goes sour, even with the good prices, charity or not.

I don't think they would cancel any orders, this is a charity and they really only want one thing, money and lots of it.
Again, great post and don't feel obligated to post since we wouldn't want you to raise your per year posting average. It's really quality over quantity!

Re: EAA Charity Sale - Deals on Shout factory, Warner, Criterion, others
I'm just a bit bummed that I put together a full order then came here to find they also had a Pixar Short Films Blu-ray that I missed. I'm trying to find out if I can cancel and re-order everything to add it. I wouldn't want to make a whole new order just to get that disc.
If my theory is correct about the "regular price" items not being in the "Sale" section, most of the items I ordered were "regular price," but they still were a reasonable deal - or at least a couple bucks better than any price I'd seen elsewhere -
Aladdin Diamond edition $14
Newsroom Season 2&3 Blu-ray $14 each
Whiplash Blu-ray $10
Love & Mercy Blu-ray $10
For those wondering about shipping, they do have a link at the top of these home page called "Processing Fees" which outlines that shipping (they call it "order handling") is a set fee for 1-5 items ($6.80), 6-15 items ($8.50), 16-25 items ($11.50), or 26+ items ($14.25). There's a $4 processing fee on top of that on each order, and an additional $15 charge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Yes, $50 minimum for the free DVD. Once you reach that point an option to select the free DVD automatically appears in your cart. Given the few $5 Criterion BD's, I couldn't pass this up.
My order went very smoothly other than the fact I have received no email confirmation. Since I am used to sites auto sending that kind of thing, I didn't make note of my confirmation/order number and now it appears I have no way to look it up. Ooops.

Re: EAA Charity Sale - Deals on Shout factory, Warner, Criterion, others
Wound up picking up 8 blu-rays + the free DVD, after s&h, averaged to $9.05/title. Unfortunately, I already own Summer Interlude and had no interest in owning Eating Raoul or Weekend, so only one Criterion BD for me.

Boardwalk Empire: Season Five
Mad Men: Final Season, Part 2
Pixar Shorts, Vol. 2

So I would expect we'll all see these packages sooner rather than later.

Yes You can. but it makes less sense because the shipping and processing is best maximized in one order.
At the top of the page it shows the shipping and processing amounts.

OK, I discovered that the reason why I couldn't load the site for the past few days is because the correct address is:
www.entertainmentaidsalliance.net
And not "entertainmentaidsalliance.net", as posted earlier in this thread.
