Probably discontinued. What's out there may just be existing stock.
This is a Lucasfilm originally distributed by MGM/UA. Fox's only connection is that they distribute MGM/UA on home video. MGM/UA no longer does home video.
The film is probably now owned by DISNEY. Get it while you can.

The new set I think you are asking about has the remastered BD of the first movie. The others are the same BD's as the older sets. Personally i just picked up that remastered first movie BD on it's own and added to the Leone DVD set I own that contains Duck You Sucker.

Mine shipped on the 23rd, but it went from AL to TN to AL to TN, including one notation with "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay". Supposed to arrive Tuesday now. I'd like to see it arrive, but I'm not in a rush.

I prefer the above Avatar to the 3D which is not extended release
I had purchased the 2D Wolverine for $5 recently which I can get rid off (3D has extended version)
