Hmm. never saw those before. Thought it was strange and there was only one copy.. seemed legit and not used...

Any price that ends in .x8 is a clearance price, and Target clearance racks are very YMMV from store to store.

I'm not even sure Target still carries that series of 4 movie packs. But they did at one time, so it being a return is very likely.
