I have been trying to find a good price on this one for awhile now and stumbled across this at Walmart.com. I price matched at Best Buy and got the price match.

how many releases of this does one need ? do we need an anniversary edition every 5 years ? and how much more can you pack into it ?

Undoubtedly a 4K Remaster will be coming. Count me in for that.

stil 2x too much. I have the original set and the 3D metal pack. Also 3 versions of the DVD. Do I need this? Not even one of my favorite movies.

I like it, but it's not one of my all-time favorite movies. I really wanted the 1st collector's set and got that to replace my 2D DVD version that I haven't sold yet. Picked up the 3 disc DVD LE cheap on eBay and of course had to have the 3D BD metal pack when it was on sale last BF. I picked up a couple more versions for the cover art cheap at pawn shops -- oh and I got the 3Disc Emerald edition brand new and sealed at a pawn shop for 2 bucks. Some of these I just haven't got around to selling. (I guess that's more than 5).

Same here! Just found the original set I completely forgot I owned. I'm pretty sure I have the Emerald set, but it's not easily found...
