I'm already on the edge of getting burned out by BF, and they're starting to push it. I keep thinking someday I'll say "it's not worth it" and just ignore BF week like it doesn't exist, but my willpower/anger hasn't quite reached the necessary level yet.

If you want to come at it from the point of how crappy it is for the employees, than I am right there with you. They are the only ones being forced to show up and have their Thanksgiving screwed.
