i'd check now, sadly. most people selling twilight time horror flicks list them before they can even preorder them and ensure they'd have product! greedy people are an impatient bunch.

didn't get in on anything in this deal, but from the looks of it, i had everything already that i would have wanted. this would have been nice to pick up some and make a couple bucks, don't get me wrong, but honestly, it's not a big deal. have a good 400+ blu-rays i have to sell already, so i mean, not adding to that load/burden isn't necessarily a bad thing.

If I remember correctly they had mispriced TV on DVD sets and after shipping tried to coerce people into paying what the price should have been. Threatened with (and followed through in some cases) blacklisting and sending customers to collection.

^ Yep, I researched that mess last night. It was a Buy 1, Get 1 Free sale. A glitch caused the order total to be substantially less than it should have been (like under $2). Of course, people took advantage of the mistake and Amazon shipped all the orders. A couple weeks later, they sent e-mails requesting customers return the merchandise unopened or they would be billed the corrected amount within 30 days. A few chose to ride it out and assumed Amazon was bluffing and couldn't legally charge them a higher price once the order shipped. Well, they did end up charging people and most of those folks filed disputes with their credit card company over the matter. Even if they won the dispute, Amazon turned around a billed them again -- or if the credit card blocked them from doing so, they wrote the customer asking them to provide a different payment method for the DVDs. At least one person claimed Amazon sent their info to a collection agency.

This is a different situation, as that was a sale that came with explicitly stated terms. Even though the customers were shown a lower, incorrect price at checkout, Amazon (and I assume their lawyers) felt they were legally within their rights to go after customers and recoup the merchandise or charge them the correct amount. Some people fought it for months and were completely stonewalled by customer service, while others got an apology and were refunded by Amazon after a single e-mail. The whole thing sounds like a train wreck.

My 19 titles just shipped out today with an estimated delivery of Friday the 10th. Obviously, I don't have Prime right now, but hopefully this means that Amazon will be fulfilling all orders. Thanks again OP, it was sheer dumb luck I checked the forums after work and managed to get in on such a sweet deal.

My order of 20 blus just shipped out with free super saver shipping. It's scheduled to get here on Wednesday. That should be a fun package to open.

So I got my order today and was a little surprised to see none of the BDs had security stickers on them and almost all of them have the words "disc made in mexico" printed on the back plastic. Most have a sticker barcode on the outside of the plastic, as opposed to being printed on the cover slip (edit: or in addition to). It's been awhile since I've order any movies at all, so is this standard with Paramount/bargain bin titles now? It's also been awhile since I've ordered from Amazon because I was surprised to not see an order form/invoice in the box. That standard now too?
Regardless, I'm happy as hell and I'm sure they will all play just fine. Just curious, that's all.

Most WB titles I've gotten over the last few years have no security stickers, no tape on the top, and the discs are made in Mexico.

Amazon quit including invoices a year or so ago.

^ I still receive invoices with my orders, including one delivered last Saturday.

Also, Warner Bros. has taken over distribution for a huge chunk of Paramount's catalog blus. It appears they've slapped their own UPC stickers on the old stock before making more.

I only get invoices from Amazon with about half of my orders. Not sure if it's random, or if it depends which warehouse it shipped from.

It's pretty random. I got a package yesterday that had 2 orders combined. There was an invoice for 1 of the 2.
