Mine has a slipcover along with a sticker that says they screwed up and left off the valiant files from the dvd and that it has an aspect ratio of 1.33:1 full screen lacking french and spanish subtitles.

amazon delivered mine without the cover... i tracked a copy down at walmart and paid $3 more to get one with the cover... i dont mind not having it on a older title that i waited to drop, thats my fault.. but a new release purchase should come with it. period.

Target had a slipcover, but the combopack was in a DVD-sized case, not a blu-ray-sized case. Oh well, now A Bug's Life won't be lonely.
I had one of the mistaken discs -- yes, I double-checked and it's the "censored" version -- and sent away for the replacement. It arrived in an envelope with a form to fill out and a return label. No dvd-sized envelope though, so I'll have to dig something up.

I was told by a Disney CSR that the Roger Rabbit slipcover is not for sale via this method as there was a "misprint" on the cover. They will not be selling any more. This goes back to the P&S versus widescreen on the DVD disc. If you DID get a slipcover, consider yourself lucky. I bought one off eBay.
