I just bought the set with the figure at Walmart for $11 using the $7 off coupon. The tag said like $28 or so, but scanned at the lower price.

Oh, and yes, the BD is sealed inside the pack.

some people are reporting on SD that there is a wreck it ralph pre-order card at Toys R Us, to get $8 off purchase of peter pan. I went to my local store last week and didn't see a pre-order card. will check again
