Same here, but lately for me means I've been missing them since they put the weekly point limits of 50 and trimmed all of their polls to under 20. I didn't consider it worth the effort, so hearing they are stopping the polls completely is no loss to me because I wasn't doing them anyway. It does, however, confirm something I said at the very beginning of the polls... BB *will* eventually kill the polls because they'll realize they are losing money on this promo. All good promos BB does will die eventually. Those 8 product reviews offer for 50 points each will die (which reminds me I'd better do that soon before they kill it or reduce the value). They will eventually chop down return time limits further. They will probably someday make a $5 RZ certificate take 300 points. We're talking BB here. Nothing should surprise anyone. We just need to be thankful (a little bit at least) that they have any promos at all even briefly because I still have to credit with BB being the primary store who dragged Amazon kicking and screaming to having some good BF and holiday deals. If BB goes away or stops having good BF deals, then it'll be a pretty boring holiday season.

I know you've had your problems with BB, but to me that have turned around their CS 100&. They used to lie to my face about PM's, etc. I have been denied some, but the BB near me is pretty good 98% of the time and do what they say they will.

I am continually surprised when big companies like BB do these kind of promotions and don't see the potential loss involved. Perhaps they underestimate what some will do for a deal, I know I have gotten between $50-$100 from them with very minimal effort -- and I'm sure I'm probably on the low end. Much of U&S was paid with free RZ, promo codes and GCs -- not much OOP. I doubt any company can survive long like that. I honestly hope BBY makes it. If they go under, then you will probably never see very good prices at Amazon and either it will cost you more or you'll buy less. (for me, the latter will apply -- on second thought maybe that's a GOOD thing)
