Always gives me 0 points for doing the poll. And I am not trying to do it twice in the same day. The last one I did was Saturday night and I did one just now and got 0 points.

It might say 0, but you most likely are still getting points. It's told me I got 0 points plenty of times, but the points always showed up in my account a little later.

Yesterday I did NOT get the 25 points from one of my accounts where it said 0 points. So it doesn't always fix itself, but it does most of the time...

I just got enough to get $5, went back in and did the Living Room design thing, now I'm already back up to 239 points (from 14 points after redeeming points for the $5.). That seems like a high amount of points for clicking on 6 items, doesn't it?

I got 0 points on both accounts last night and so far I still haven't received credit for them... it definitely doesn't always fix itself.

Wait, points expire? I have 224 points right now, if I don't get another 26 points by February 1st, those points disappear?

I just spent $5100 last night at Best Buy, I'll get my reward points and certificates right? I'll be pissed if I don't.

Just do the daily poll one or two more times (or once more if you do it twice a day using two different FB accounts) and you'll be fine, don't worry about it.

I always thought they expire Feb 28, but perhaps I'm remembering wrong. I know the Premier Silver from 2012 goes til the end of February...

You'll definitely get your points for your $5100 purchase, in 30-35 days (what did you buy, anyway? It must be something really friggin awesome!) They only expire the points under 250. They process all certificates for rewards first. So whenever the rollover period starts, if you have anything left over under 250 points, that is what gets wiped out... Unless you have a Reward Zone Mastercard. Then you are excluded from the yearly wipe-out.

Just following up on this. I did get the points. I think it reported zero because at the time I said Skip to letting RZ have access to my Wall Posts. That seemed to break something. On the days where I said Allow, it told me I got 25. But I was getting 25 either way.

Same thing happened to me. Waiting for them to send me an email saying that the entire Facebook app was an error and they are no longer accepting any points from it. I can add that one to the 50 dollar off 100 Mastercard error email that I received.

LOL, that would be typical of them! Well, I just got a new cert last night (my 2nd since this started) and only have 34 points left. But that doesn't mean I want it to end! I'm a greedy bastard!

I hope it's not over. I'm at 242. I have 22 pending points from a purchase I made last week but their "FAQ" says points normally post in 35 days or so. If that's so, I'll be disappointed.

Ha. Nothing is out of the realm of possibility from Best Deny. I could imagine them taking away all of our points earned through the polls too (the ones we haven't cashed out yet or putting us at a negative balance) after the fact. They really need to think first before issuing promotions since they seem to like to reneg on their good promotions. However, I think this one is chump change compared to the MC promotion so they'll probably just end it early.

So, based on comments here and elsewhere, it doesn't appear that a working poll is up right now? Just the New Year's resolution one which apparently just gives an error?

They definitely won't post for at least 30 days. Not sure if points earned from this promotion will be wiped out at the end of the month or not. Any points earned from purcahses last year will definitely be wiped.
