Who Needs Amazon-Indiana Jones for $35 at Target(YMMV)
Target.com currently has this set on sale for $45. Target stores are supposed to match their online price as part of a holiday promotion. There is also a Target coupon for $10. You'll need to accept software to print out the coupon. I was able to get it for $35 plus tax with ease.

The coupon is good until 1/5/13.
I'm sure someone will have the IJ set on sale in their ad before then and then you can PM and use the coupon.

$45 is online price, the coupon will work but with in-store price which I believe is $79.
However, there are some people successfully fool the Target clerks and got it for $35.
Even I success, $35 + $2 tax + $3 bus-ride, not worth it for me. And it's raining in California

Matching their website is within the requirements of their pricematch policy.

I got mine a short while ago, the one with the Target exclusives even (their last one). I had to ask for it since they didn't have it on the shelf. I called before I went and asked if they had it, and if it isn't on the floor they would likely find one in the back. He looked it up, and sure enough they didn't have any on the floor, but their system said they had four in the back. He said he would go find them and hold one for me so it would be there when I showed up. I asked if he could to grab one that had the exclusives, and he said sure.
I showed up to the store, and he had it right there waiting for me. An awesome employee! I took it to customer service and asked for pricematch and they said sure. It was priced at like $80 in store so she said she had to get permission since the difference was so much. The manager said it's perfectly fine, she processed it, I took out the coupon before it was completed and after using my Red Card it came to $35.25. Here is a picture of it with the extras.

Just got the same deal as Brent L - Target exclusive edition and all.
However, I did use the $20 bucks I saved (vs. the $49+tax deal a week ago) to buy take-out for the wife.
Still, it means a good blu-ray deal + dinner + wife happy-points.
Thanks OP!

A guest can use coupons when price matching per Target's normal coupon policy. When the guest presents a coupon(s), these steps will be followed:
So, are the people who were able to get it for $35+tax fooling Target Associates? Or does Target need to better train Associates on their policies? But this is a DEALS forum, not one for semantic/ethical/etc. debates.

I got one earlier tonight. When I went to CS to pricematch IJ, there was already somebody else there doing the exact same thing! We wiped that store out, but we did get the exclusive version. I happened to activate my 5% RX rewards coupon earlier today, so I got it for $33.35 after tax...

All I can say is, the system allows it. They did the pricematch first, then scanned the coupon, and it became $35.

It's always supposed to be coupon first and then PM, but in all the PMs I've ever done at Target (or anywhere else for that matter) they always do the PM and then coupon(s). Of course it helps when you don't show any coupons before they've done the PM.

It doesn't make any sense to use the coupon first then the PM because the value of the coupon is lost. $80-$10=$70. PM of $45 is less than $70. The only way to get both is PM first.
Thanks for the heads up about the lithographs. I just swapped out my copy today.
