Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Just put in an order for Being There. 1-3 weeks to ship but that is ok with me.

Picked up The Deep for $4.99. They finally matched BB's price. And I didn't have a store within 250 miles that carried it. Blind buy for me.

I ordered the BD of Stuck in Love on July 16th. Still hasn't shipped, though it says expected by today. I anticipate I'll get an e-mail about it later pushing the date back.
On Friday, I received a shipping notice for this BD!

Yes, this BD that I ordered in July of 2016. This is not an April Fool's joke. It arrived via UPS yesterday. 618 days after I placed the order.

The only similar thing that's happened to me was on a book order that finally shipped after a year. I had actually forgotten I had made the order.

And I thought my Aug 2, 2016 order that shipped on Mar 5, 2017 was a long time....

I have an open order that was placed Sept 8, 2016.

So there's still hope.

Were these items out of print when you placed the order?

I've placed orders for OOP stuff, then had it ship months later when the thing I ordered went back in print, or copies turned up.

I currently have an OOP book on order that I'm hoping shows up in a warehouse somewhere.

I'm not sure. I didn't think the book was out of print, merely Amazon refusing to stock a fairly niche item with very little demand.

There are good indicators that Amazon likes building up backlogs of orders for items they don't currently have in stock, sitting on them until they hit a certain dollar threshold together. Sometimes this process takes weeks, sometimes it takes months.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

I don't think the BD I ordered was OOP. I believe it was available from 3rd party sellers the entire time, just not from Amazon. Although now the price has jumped way up, so perhaps that's changed.

The DC Universe 10th Anniversary Collection is back down to $169. Lousy packaging, but $5.63 per disk.

They are price matching Best Buy so the price should be good though the week. They also carry it in store for pickup.

It almost makes no sense posting these deals anymore because of Amazon's by the minute price change algorithm. I have a few items stored in my cart - practically the price changes on each just about everytime I look at it during the day, sometimes by a few cents, sometimes by a buck or two but the price change is occurring all the time. Its like they try to psychologically trick you into purchasing by increasing the price, so that the next time it falls you hit purchase. Its annoying to say the least

My belief is that Amazon runs a few "loss leaders" or attractive deals at peak browsing hours to capture casual, non-Prime customers. As soon as that window has passed, they bump the prices back up.

The upcoming In the Mouth of Madness Collector's Edition was briefly available last night for $15 before getting pulled for some reason. Might want to keep an eye on that pre-order.

Re: Amazon discounts and deals on Blu-ray

Planet of the Apes collection, the original 5 movies, is $19.57. I set a Camel alert for $20 and it popped up last night. I'm tempted, but money is a little tight right now and these feels a little superfluous. It has hit $15 a couple times over the last few years. I dunno. Thought I'd pass it along.

Jigsaw (Saw 8) is $12.29 now from a 3rd party seller.

I'm personally waiting until it drops below $10.

Eaten Alive is $15.49. Considering the list price is $34.99, that's a good deal.
