Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Forgive me for posting this here, but I'm curious--what's the longest you've waited to receive something you've ordered from Amazon?
I ordered the BD of Stuck in Love on July 16th. Still hasn't shipped, though it says expected by today. I anticipate I'll get an e-mail about it later pushing the date back.

Yes, this BD that I ordered in July of 2016. This is not an April Fool's joke. It arrived via UPS yesterday. 618 days after I placed the order.

I currently have an OOP book on order that I'm hoping shows up in a warehouse somewhere.

There are good indicators that Amazon likes building up backlogs of orders for items they don't currently have in stock, sitting on them until they hit a certain dollar threshold together. Sometimes this process takes weeks, sometimes it takes months.

I don't think the BD I ordered was OOP. I believe it was available from 3rd party sellers the entire time, just not from Amazon. Although now the price has jumped way up, so perhaps that's changed.

It almost makes no sense posting these deals anymore because of Amazon's by the minute price change algorithm. I have a few items stored in my cart - practically the price changes on each just about everytime I look at it during the day, sometimes by a few cents, sometimes by a buck or two but the price change is occurring all the time. Its like they try to psychologically trick you into purchasing by increasing the price, so that the next time it falls you hit purchase. Its annoying to say the least

Planet of the Apes collection, the original 5 movies, is $19.57. I set a Camel alert for $20 and it popped up last night. I'm tempted, but money is a little tight right now and these feels a little superfluous. It has hit $15 a couple times over the last few years. I dunno. Thought I'd pass it along.
