damn !! been looking for this for a while.

The blu-ray is slightly horizontally stretched. See the DVDBeaver screencaps here. There's also some discussion about this on the HTF.

It may not be enough to be noticable, and the image quality is very good otherwise, so this may still be worth a buy, even with the stretching problem.

I found this deal a few weeks ago when I was looking for items for the 30% off sale. I have no idea why it was so cheap, but it was on my "To Buy" list, so I ordered it and they sent it to me so I certainly wasn't going to question the price.

Actually, I bought one of these at that price about a month or so ago (didn't think anyone but me liked this movie). Picture looks great. Can't even tell the picture is "stretched" unless you're comparing the image side-by-side.

Hastings just cancelled my order. Oh well. I hope others have better luck.

Everyone please post your classic film finds. If this was available 3 weeks ago, I think somebody should have revealed it at this price. I was able to get one shipped though, but l love classics on Blu-ray..

Well, that's some bullshit. I just got an email stating that my order had been cancelled due to unavailability, and yet it's listed as 'in-stock' on their site! I guess I'll just try ordering it again. Has anyone who ordered a copy after 5/21 received it or a shipping notice?

My 5/20/12 order was just cancelled also. I thought it suspicious to go a whole week with no communication from them. My guess is they don't want to fill these orders at this price, since it does say "usually ships in 48 hours".
