Went to Target a bit ago and picked up the Back to the Future Blu-Ray box set for $19.99. The shelf tag was marked at that price as well. Im not sure if its going to come up the same at all Targets, but it should since it wasn't a clearance price.
Almost definitely a mistake though so I would pick it up ASAP. A couple of weeks ago this same Target had the $16.99 American hair creme priced at $2.99 by mistake and they fixed it pretty quickly (was able to buy all they had first though) |

Heh. By all they had I mean 4, and it was mixed in with a bunch of groceries. I only mentioned the hair cream to say that i have seen Target update the shelf tags with price mistakes and then switch the tag again fairly quickly when they catch it.
Just in case anyone was wondering, the BTTF set I got at this price had the updated disc hubs. |

I found a lone copy at the Target by my house today and I scanned it -- $56.99. Scott's Target must have not gotten rid of the signage yet.

I'm extremely pleased to say that I found this at my local Target today. 2 copies on the shelf with a tag of $19.99. Scanned in at $56.99, but they adjusted the price accordingly upon checking in with the department. I was pretty freaking psyched.

Got mine for $14.99 at BB, kind of bummed I didn't know about the other BB deal going on at that time that would have brought it down to $9.99 but c'est la vie

Just saw one (1) at the Holyoke, MA (Ingleside Mall) Target.
Unfortunately, I just ordered a Like New copy off Amazon for ~$18 shipped. So it's sitting there if any of you Western Mass folks want to go grab it. |

I feel more pathetic than those that went to 3 stores. I went to 7 different stores -- because I had nothing better to do on a Sunday afternoon -- and of all of all seven stores, only one even had a shelf tag for it (but of course it was sold out!). This is a huge YMMV. Target must be phasing it out (although it was funny that all of them had the Blu-ray ads playing on loop in the video section, and BTTF was one of the movies).

Just bought a copy at Target Fair Lakes, VA - it was on an end cap with the other sale blu's.
Question: Is there any reason (features, etc.) to keep the DVD box set release? |

Much thanks for the heads up that this deal was available again. Saw 2 more copies at the White Plains NY store as of 7:30 PM today. The standard DVD for this set is also on sale for $14.99.

Picked up this set at my local Target (San Mateo). $19.99 AND the codes for the digital copies were still accepted in iTunes. Super keen! Got the trilogy on my iPhone.
