Anything you add to your cart after you add the coupon code will not be discounted. You must add (or re-add) the code after your cart is full.

By refreshing a few times, I actually meant refreshing a few times each page. Took awhile but eventually each page popped up for me.

I believe you're right. I thought I was remembering it wrong, too, until you mentioned it. I believe I eventually left and came back later.

Yes, I know...doesn't work for the titles I listed (For All Mankind; Something Wild; The Thin Red Line) and possibly others I didn't try to buy. I get a message that says "Sorry! This code does not apply to any items in your cart."

By the way, I did get in with the original order on Valentine's Day and have already received my Blu-Rays. Three Outlaw Samurai, 12 Angry Men, and Days of Heaven in that initial 50% off order. I'd never ordered from criterion.com before, and am somewhat amazed at how quickly this stuff got shipped and arrived!

Yeah, I threw them an email...not expecting much. I was basically just trying to find out if other people were having this problem on the movies I listed.

EDIT: I got a rather quick reply (great CS over there, it seems!). Apparantly, these items did not go out of stock until AFTER the sale was over (although I could have sworn FOR ALL MANKIND was out of stock yesterday) and therefore are not eligible. Anyway, the good news is they sent me a $10 coupon.

Since I crabbed about the issues I encountered with the sale, I feel it's only fair to now say a sincere thank you to Criterion for making everything right with me.

I don't know about you guys but I got to say I really appreciate this sale and the way Criterion handled the issues. Sure there were problems but I think they did everything they could to remedy them. My first order is supposed to be delivered today and thanks to their REDO code I placed another order yesterday.

Thanks to this sale, this was my first experience buying Criterion titles directly from Criterion, and I was very impressed with their CS and response not just to me, but to everyone that experienced issues. Granted, I'll still be getting most of my titles from Amazon, but they'll be my second stop. I also like the fact that for every $500 you spend, you get a gift certificate for $50!

Today's my birthday and my wife just surprised me with the Criterion Godzilla bluray!! I was hoping she would and held back ordering it from this sale.

Yep, mine's the same...just an open order with no shipping estimate. Glad to see others are in the same boat, however...I thought maybe something was wrong with my particular order.
