1 week from dispatch (7/16), received the first Prime Day order today. While the XFiles set is safe, need to raise some hell on the 'Hellraiser' set, that was crushed thanks to no protection while being placed on the side of a flimsy box

Speak of the devil. My Enterprise set arrived a little while ago. About a week and a half later?

Received part 2 of Prime Day order today. Box was crushed, and I feared the worst for my $25 Universal Monsters Coffin Box. Thankfully it survived with the edges 'hurt' a bit (the images are deceptive, the box is very small and compact indeed). BTW, seems like the coffin box packaging is now OOP - both Amazon UK and Amazon Germany are showing steep marketplace offerings.

The link seems to get converted back to Amazon's U.S. site.

Don't know if it has been mentioned, but they have The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies 3D Extended Edition for £12.99. For me if was just over $18 shipped. I ordered it a couple of weeks ago but forgot to mention it here. I hate there is a ratings logo on the side(unlike my other 2 EE US releases), but for the price compared to the US release I can deal with it.

It depends on which set you are looking at. The original 2012 box is OOP, but he 2014 releases are still available though not at the super low prices right now (33GBP/40Eur -- about $40USD shipped)

The 2012 Uk/De box with has red letter, the 2014 boxset have white lettering. As far as I can figure that's the only difference.

Thanks for that info - wasn't aware there was an older edition.

It seemed to give the Collectors a bit of a nod with the Red Lettering and the latecomers a chance to get a cool knick knack. I don't think UK set was numbered, but maybe the French set was?

its the ONLY time in my 2160 title collection that I have double dipped based PURELY on packaging (although from pictures, I thought the coffin box packaging was much larger than what turned up at the doorstep). And no, there's no LE numbering on the package.

Now I'm tempted to sell the Coffin box for like $25 flat - shipped. I'll think about it. I have the first 2012 pressing.

I received my Hitchcock Masterpiece Collection yesterday. I was charged $32.22 on my Amex. I did not, of course, use the Amazon converter. $2.30 a movie is just crazy!

First confirmation that the new UK release does have 10 Discs and comes in a std 10 disc case with a slipcase. Same discs as teh 2014 release

Looks like Amazon UK has it in stock again still at 20GBP so around $25-27.50 shipped

Well then, that's a buy. I just canceled the U.S. version that was $48.

Knowing that it can get that low in terms of price - I canceled my order in general. I'm not going to pay more than I have to for the set.

I did and in fact when you see the list of items it still says 19.99 but when you click into the item the prices switches to the higher one.

EDIT - it no longer says 19.99 anywhere.

I thought that set was region free. Now I read 'Playback Region B/2 '

Fortunately my Oppo doesn't care about either 50/60 or NTSC/PAL

Weird, it shows as 19.99 GBP from amazon UK but when I try to add to my basket I get this:

There was a problem adding this item to your Shopping Basket
We're sorry. You've requested more of Twin Peaks: Collection [Blu-ray] than the 1 available from the seller you've selected. Click here to return to the product detail page and see if additional quantities are available from another seller.

I guess I will have to keep checking. Under $30 has been my price point on this.
