Wasn't Back to the Future like $20 a few months after release? Which was another Universal trilogy.

I shouldn't have bothered putting this on my Christmas list. Now I regret it. I know my wife is going to end up paying $50 somewhere

^ LOL...I'm the same way with my wife. Give her a list, then I see all the deals and I know she'll go elsewhere even if I tell her about this deal.

I'd buy the Jurassic BD Trilogy at this price if it were free shipping, but I'll have to hold out for another deal. Hopefully Amazon...
Maybe you should just tell her about this or at least make sure she keeps the receipts and doesn't open it in case you want to return it.

FYI, if you have a Red Card (the Target credit card) you get free shipping all the time now.

However, back to the topic of Jurassic Park, I have this one at a $20 price point for me. Back to the Future was $25.00 I believe during BF and back in June or July, BB and Target had it for $14.99.
I can wait on JP.

I got Walmart to match at $30.99 in store. I'll just return it if the price is lower during the holidays, which I expect it to be.

Amazon has indicated on its calendar that Jurassic Park Trilogy (Blu-Ray) will be on sale during the coming week. My guess is that they will match or beat this price starting tomorrow.

My RED card is credit. I like it because it almost erases sales tax for me, so it's a wash if Amazon matches, but I get it immediately. It's nice that they give the 5% off BEFORE they calculate the 6% tax, too. It may be only pennies, but they're my pennies.

Same here - in fact, after last year, I no longer put movies on any wishlist that I give to people. Last year my mother-in-law bought "How to Train Your Dragon", "Inception" and "Rush Snakes and Arrow" for me. I know she went out to the store and bought all pretty much at retail. Ugh. Don't get me wrong, I appreciated her thought, but the idea of probably paying list price puts a knot in my stomach.
My mother-in-law does the same thing. Marches up to best Buy and buys them at whatever price they happen to be at.
I feel guilty knowing I can find them for less but I'm tough to buy for. For work I wear shirts with the company logo so aside from maybe one or two pairs of pants, I have enough shirts and sweaters to last a lifetime. I wear them 2 days a week.
My woodworking is expensive. No one is going to buy me a new $200 router. Although I do get some GC's. Blu-rays are the only thing I can put on the list that other people can easily get me.

And for good measure it was in my goldbox for $28.49. I suppose it might be lower online before the end of the year, but with no tax and Prime, I think it's time to pull the trigger. I'm not a huge fan of the last 2 films by any stretch, but I'm sure I'll get plenty of enjoyment out of the set for this price.
Now, if only the Three Colors Trilogy would show up for a price like that, personally, I'd be totally satisfied for the holidays.

Pull it.. even if it gets to $19.99, when will that be and will be that price long enough for you to snag it?
$29.99 for that brand new set is not losing at all. =)
