Is this set region free??
The image of the sets box on Amazon UK show it to be Region A+B+C, but some times packaging could be wrong!

For less than $30 USD I would love to get this if it truly is Region Free!!

It is region-free, but be aware the discs are not 100% identical to the expensive American box set. One of the cuts for the sequel gets dropped and the audio on all of them is inferior to pack in more foreign languages.

I don't expect the audio to be with out issues, When I saw the movies they were in Mono any way.. as long as they offer an English stereo version the I will be happy as long the images are clean, and the transfer is at least the original theater release, they don't need to be the extended cut(s) so if I have to at a later date I will purchase the USA version.

If you have a costco membership, or know someone who does, they sell an exclusive POTA blu ray box set. Its all of the films, in their single movie releases, in a cardboard box. It is identical to the other box set sans the hardcover book. You can have the extended cut of "Battle..." and the rest of the films for $28.99! This is the best route IMO.

That Costco exclusive packaging edition is going to be released everywhere on October 10th apparently. $50 MSRP so should be able to be found for less than Costco (or worse, similar) shortly.

FYI: Received the 'APE's five movie package today!, Less than $6.00USD per movie what a great find!!
