Heard it was this price at Target today too.

Did they fix the disc holding issues on the sets they are shipping out right now?

Way to go Amazon. No gas $ and no tax.

I cancelled mine today at the last minute with cs with the $8 off 2 blu-ray deal and reordered at $15 and still had the $5.55 credit, thus lowering my order to $9.44.

Now that is a deal.

Yeah, I saw it but now it's gone. at the people complaining about $40 as a "rip-off." No, it's not $14.99, but let's get real here.

Good grief. Checked earlier today just in case they were price-matching & it was $39+ (back up after being last week's BD deal). Of course they offered it for $14.99 during the small window when I wasn't checking to see if they were matching other Target/BestBuy offers.

Back to $14.99.

Just ordered this along with the Coen brother's True Grit. I went to Best Buy this morning to buy both items but was told they would only price match from a printed ad. I walked out of Best Buy for the last time (and into Best Buy, for that matter).

Here's hoping the internet dealers crush the 'customer friendly' brick and mortar retailers.

Oh, thank God. I wasn't going to be able to make it out to Target or BB any time soon and if I did it'd cost me at least $6 in gas roundtrip. Got this and used some trade in credit.

For what it's worth, I filled out the lower price link on amazon earlier today for online and in store at Best Buy and in store for Target. I'm sure others did as well. Interesting.

Not a major fan of the films, but for $6.99 total ($14.99 - $8 credit) I couldn't resist.

Hit BB at 12pm and the placard for BTTF said, $14.99 but rung up $24.xx or rather the Sunday published ad, price. Took the movie with digital copy to checkout and then the chickens went craxy & one head rooster(manager)! lol NOBODY wanted to believe the price!! I shock my head and said, "call the district manager immediately". Within minutes and no DM call, my BTTF was rung up with the $5 coupon, $9.99 plus tax. I dont understand the stupidity but ive learned how to coped at certain BB stores! lol. PICKED UP, true grit, unstoppable, mechanic also with the $5 off coupon at another store. Normally, I dont storytell but I thought i time traveled to Manzana's BB store...TODAY!

Yep back at $14.99 at Amazon and it seems to include free Standard shipping too!

Why didn't you bring the target ad?

I got BTTF and TG for $10 each at BB today with their $5 off any $14.99 and up BR coupon.

You have to expect that you are going to get a little resistance from a store when the price is this low. I used to price match but it can be such a headache.

I love that Amazon pricematches many Sunday ad prices. They are smart though - they won't pricematch any price, but pick and choose what to match, a strategy that gives them a little room to breathe, rather than having one specific rule that just gets everyone pissed at them every Sunday.

Anyway, in for one! Now to find a Bluray player.

I never saw the two sequels.... how do they compare to the first film?

I already bought the DVD trilogy. Will resist the temptation to double dip on movies that were ok for 80's shlock.

While nowhere near as good as the original, the two sequels are very enjoyable - it helps that Michael J. Fox is stellar as usual because the films ride on his charisma (which he has tons of).


For 14.99 - a no-brainer to pick up.

I've never seen them but figured at $15 it might be time. I hope they're not too schlocky. I'm sure if I don't like them I can always resell this set for around the purchase price.
