All three of my Bourne titles shipped and together in one shipment. So I should see it sometime next week. (going from Idaho to Texas).

It's probably luck. A store somewhere doesn't have it in stock and simply throws out the cancellation notice instead of letting it be fulfilled somewhere else? Or maybe order notices are sent out randomly and if the store happens to sell it out in store, or can't find it, they simply cancel the order? Who knows. What I do know is I would only want part 1 if I could get part 2 or 3, so I'm glad someone, like yourself, got it.

Also, I got a bunch of shipping notices today for some decent titles, so I can't complain.

They all shipped a couple hours after this post, lol.

They sent me FIVE wrong versions of films, including:
1. Instead of original DVD version of Sleuth, they sent me the remake (this wasn't related to the BIEBERHOSEN sale, but did arrive around the same time)
2. Instead of the BD Max Flescher animated version of Gulliver's Travel, they sent me the BD Jack Black version.
3. Instead of the BD Magnificent Seven Collection, they sent me the single BD Magnificent Seven film.
What was that comment someone made earlier in another thread about their shitty CS? Crack a beer and chill out? Yeah right. Now I have to call their CS and try to get my refunds on five films, ship them all back and wait almost two weeks for signs of my money back. That's so shitty as to be unbelievable. In fact it's pointless-letter-to-the-CEO shitty, which I just wrote before posting this.

I just got 'Love & Other Drugs' on blu-ray and it came as a 'Rental Exclusive' It doesn't look like I'm missing much in the way of special features. (couple mins of deleted scenes and behind the scenes, digital copy)

Only if you don't want it. In my experience they don't reship correct items, they simply refund you and inconvenience you further by having you ship it back. And then you have to wait a week or two for the refund to be initiated.

I got a rental version of Chronicles of Narnia 3--called and they are refunding me, no need to send back. Also gave me a reference number I can call back with if I reorder and want the same price--but what are the chances I actually get the 3-disc version the next time?

I've heard your story of success from other members but I have called them twice in the past and they just gave me a postage paid label and made me send it back...and these were just $10 BD's at best! Some guys have all the luck I guess

I received one order today (Narnia 3, The Fighter, and Machete) and all were full retail versions w/proper discs.

The Dawn Treader case may be the worst designed case I've seen since the atrocious Back to the Future set (US Release), but it seems workable enough since the discs that are most likely to get scratched are the digital copy and DVD, which I have no use for anyhow. My copy even still had the collectible postcards in it.

As for my canceled title, they simply subtracted the cost of the title from my order and charged my card accordingly. Still waiting on The American and Hereafter, but so far no complaints from me.

Received 7 wrong items and am returning 6 of them for a full refund. They let me keep Scott Pilgrim, which was missing a disc. Here are my stats for this sale:

Total items ordered: 27
Total Items canceled: 13

Total items Returned: 7 (including Scott Pilgrim)

I don't know if this is premature worrying or not, but I placed 2 orders. The first order was received in full (3 discs). Yet, the package I got yesterday had seemingly been sliced open and was delivered as such and there was no packing slip in the package (I cannot remember if they normally include one or not).

My 2nd order was shipped the same day as my first and has not arrived yet. It is doubtful though that they sent all 5 discs in the same package and someone stole only Hereafter and The American though, right? Also, the package had a shipping weight of 1lb listed on the label and I think if they shipped 5 discs it would've been more than 1lb.

So, what's the general consensus? Just wait it out for the other order to arrive separately or contact them in case a discerning thief stole two, but not all of my Blu-rays out of the package that arrived seemingly opened?

I have never received an order without a packing slip. Since blus are typically around 3 to 4 ounces for single discs and up to 10 ounces for multi-disk sets, it IS possible that more than one were shipped in that order. The best way to tell is to see the delivery confirmation included with your completed order email. The ones that don't have a DC number to the right of them are typically included in the package of the first item that does. (This isn't always the case, though, as they sent Scott Pilgrim without including the DC).

That said, I might go ahead and tell them. They would know if there should have been more items in that package and would at least give you peace of mind, or work to resolve your issue, immediately.

On a side note, I used to work for the USPS as a mail handler. It wasn't uncommon to come across packages that had been torn, or sliced, during transit and lost in the mail stream. Lost items are taken to a "lost and found section" but they have to be hand sorted and often the employees aren't able to find the intended recipient. So, it might not have been stolen as much as lost.

Considering I didn't get a packing slip or a delivery confirmation number in any of the many emails they sent me (I got one shipping notice email per title and then one additional shipping notice email per order), I decided to give them a call.

The CSR informed me that they would never ship the items from 2 separate orders together, so that was a relief. And she then gave me the DC# for the package I am still waiting on.

The whole receiving an opened package thing just freaked me out a bit, but everything that was shipped was in fact inside.

All is good w/GoHastings still for me.
