Is the $12.99 Fiddler on the Roof part of the 2 for $20 deal?

Nope. There was no sales price tag, but it rang up at the register as $12.99.

Picked up Scream 1 + 2. Plenty of copies at my local store.

Also I'm still on the fence about Birdemic. As bad as it is, those "so bad, it's funny" films, I find hard watching more than once.

Birdemic 2: The Eagles Are Pissed. I'm on the fence about picking up the first one but I just might if I make it back to Best Buy this week.

I didn't see a shelf tag, but I think I'll swing by tomorrow and see if it rings up 2 for $20 with Scott Pilgrim.

Because first, Scott Philgrim is DVD and not Blu-ray, and those 2 for $20 is for selected Universal titles- Fiddler is from MGM.

I think everyone who would have wanted it got it last year when it was at this price on Amazon.

This might get me to buy the Scream films even though they are merely ok editions and 1 isn't uncut. I'll have to think about it. I'd also consider Human Centipede. Not great, but kind of fun.

Though I bit on it at $12.99 about 2 weeks or so after it dropped on DVD/BD.

So, I bought Birdemic yesterday and my friend and I sat down last night and watched it.

It was so fucking terrible but in the best way possible. I laughed more at it than I have at any comedy in recent memory. Everything about it was just so...bad. And just the fact that Nguyen set out to make a serious movie (if you can even call it a movie) with a positive message and what we got was this cracks me the fuck up.

That being said, I'm in for the sequel.

My local BB definitely had the shelf tag under the BD/DVD combo. I wasn't in any hurry for it, or any of the other 2/20 BDs, so I ended up putting it back.

Picked up In Bruges and Cinderalla Man on sale for $9.99 each, and they also have a code for movie cash for the upcoming comedy BridesMaids...pretty good deal, basically washes out to a free upgrade to Blu.

Here's a list of the other blu-rays that have the sticker...not sure if all of them are 9.99, but I think they are.

Human Centipede really only relies on the nasty, ridiculous premise and a lot of really stupid decisions made by the main characters... it's pretty lazy writing, IMHO. Oh, and it's not good, but too good to be amusing... like Birdemic.

In case anyone hadn't seen... Amazon matched Scream (but they're tricky, you have to click on the link to see all sellers for Amazon's low price). [EDIT: All 3 Scream movies are currently $7.99 on Amazon] I think that's the only one of the $7.99's they've matched, but if anyone finds more PLEASE POST!

It happens all the time now and has been mentioned here dozens of times. When an item is backordered at Amazon they switch the default seller on the product page to a Marketplace seller that has it in stock.

This sale made me a happy man. Picked up Misery and Natural Born Killers (last of both in store!). I've been waiting a LOOONG time for a good bargain on these titles. Glad I waited. So, when does this sale end? Sorry if that has already been answered.
