does anyone know what the issue with redeeming points is / why it's down? Also anyone know what was there for redemption before it went down? I just got on after a month to upload some point and i seen the message.

Got the same--hopefully this means once they clear out the coupons, they will reopen the store--I have a bunch of discs with codes I haven't entered yet.

I'd go check your accounts guys. I never took advantage of the code problem and they still knocked my balance back to 500 points, I was at around 3200. What a mess.

I didn't do the multiple surveys and still got knocked back to 500... not happy.. I guess maybe they are punishing everyone for what only some people did..

I had between 2500 and 3000 (cant' remember) and had not yet redeemed them as there wasn't anything I wanted (I had many of the titles). I was basically waiting for a title I wanted or to accumilate more points (I did theater tickets, DVDs, and BDs for quite some time)... Now to get knocked down to 500.. arg..
I sent them an email.. and asked if my original points are going to come back or if everyone knocked down to 500 points now.. hope the reply is positive.. |

Thanks for the warning. Thankfully, I still have the same points. I TRIED to get extra points, but I didn't get point one from that survey.
And geeze, what a haul! The most I ever got from my points was Batman Begins and two copies of the Ninja Turtle movie. But from legitimate WB order-accumulated points. |

That picture reminds me of the Amazon.com glitch a number of years ago where some guy (I think it was at this forum) took advantage of Sony TV on DVD sale and got a ridiculous number of sets for free. Amazon asked him to return the sets since they made the error, but he refused. I think he got a lifetime ban or something. |

Yikes, I haven't logged into their website in probably 9 months and my points have gone from about 3300 (was thinking about one of the Potter Ultimate titles is the reason I remember) to 500. That ain't right.
