I finally got my two BLU rays today. The invoice shows I was charged $5.00 shipping and handling, but I recall there being no charge for it, and I don't see any charge from WBshop on my credit card, so I will just assume it is a mistake.

It seemed stupid that even though the total price was $0.00, you still had to enter a credit card.

I had 1200 points in my account--all I ever earned from this, and was pleased to see I'd get a free BD out of it.

Most of the titles on the freebie list that I had interest in, I already owned, but I took the Shawshank digibook. Ordered about a week ago and shipped yesterday.

I got a shipping notice today, having ordered Aug. 17 - three weeks to the day. It's not as if I was paying for them, so whatevs. It's not like dealing with Deep Discount - you know, I had to look up their name; I'd totally forgotten them after the last fiasco. No one ever posts deals from them here either that I can recall seeing. We used to look forward to their big sales, remember?

I finally received my code today after never receiving one and sending what felt like a hundred e-mails to warnerbros. Now, I am stuck with not knowing where to enter the code. I have shopped at warnerbros for years, and I have never had a problem finding the promotion code box. But, I cannot seem to find it now. Where do I put the coupon code in? I have gone all the way up to the screen with the place order button, and I cannot find where the code goes. On the final screen it shows two coupons: insider rewards and wb employee, both of which must have been automatically added since I was a insider rewards member (the now defunct 10 percent off), and I have no idea about the wb employee coupon, but either way, neither of them discount anything and I don't know where to put the code? Have they taken the code box out of the checkout process?

Maybe you should try to clear your cookies for the wbshop site. You go into your browser and do it. The WB inside rewards member discount doesn't exist anymore. Either that or their site is malfunctioning and try again later.

Yep, already tried that, and I also tried using chrome and firefox, both with the same result. thanks for your suggestions though. Is anyone else willing to check the site out to see if he/she can see a promo code box today?

Thanks. I tried to post a screenshot of what I see, but I can't since I have a new user name with less than 30 posts. (I think my actual profile is fubar'd because it has two emails associated with it or something. I contacted the administrator and that is what he said without offering any suggestions on how to fix it. There is only one now, but it still won't let me post with that username, but that is not the issue I need addressed now.)

Problem solved. This is screwed up. What I had been doing is going to the insider rewards website, opening the faq, and then clicking on the link to the eligible titles. Going through that link somehow made the promo box not show up. I went directly to wbshop.com added the two blu rays to my cart and the promo box showed up. I then clicked back on the link in the faq which opened up a new tab. I clicked on view cart, my movies were there but the promo box wasn't. I went back to the tab with the promo box, hit refresh and the box was gone. I did this in firefox and chrome. I had to close down each, restart and go back directly to wbshop.com for the promo box to reappear. That is weird. Is anyone else curious enough to verify this on their machines?

Remember the WB Insider rewards coupon that some of you probably got for $10 off $30 or more will expire 12/31/12. It also includes free shipping.

WBShop.com's sales this Holiday have stunk IMO. Black Friday and Cyber Monday both sucked.

I've tried to use those coupons SOOOO many times, but they are always ineligible for my purchase. You apparently can't combine them with any sales (unlike the good old days when you could triple-combine promos), and their regular prices typically blow. I have a feeling mine will go wasted...

I have one of those too and have run into the same intelligibility issues. I have no idea what to use it for or if I will use it all. $10 off of MSRP might be better than nothing, but in this case NOTHING may come out ahead.

I used mine on a pre-order for Southland seasons 2-4.

They were selling it for $47.95 (MSRP is $59.98), so it ended up being $37.95+tax with free shipping for 3 seasons (26 episodes)

It's okay, not really a major deal or anything to write home about.
