Weird. I ordered Wizard of Oz the day I got my code. Never received an email from them. I checked my status, and there's nothing in my order history.

Yeah, I just got an email from them to use my coupon. I used it the first day on Hong Kong Phooey, which is no longer on the site.

The coupon came to my Gmail account, but I couldn't remember my password (and the password recovery didn't work for some reason) so I just made a new account with a Yahoo account. But I got a confirmation email so I thought it was cool. Weird. I emailed them to see what's going on.

Open a previous order and THEN try opening your "in process" order. All the info will come up then, but show blank if you don't do it that way.

I got the same e-mail too for another e-mail address I used that had 250 points. Will do the same and save it for around November when they have some better specials.

I got that at first. Then I went and looked at an older order, saw everything, then went back to see the new order, and all of the info now appeared. Seems like a software glitch.

Still havent heard back from these fools about the order I placed on the 10th then getting another email with the same code in it. Not shocked, they ran the site and all the sales like a bunch of idiots.

i have the same issue with an august 10th order. I just emailed them, to see what was up. I also got that email with my code again, confused that my order didnt take, i retried it but the code was invalid, reassuring me a little, but anxious to get the blurays i selected, which were The Green Mile (to replace my 2 disc dvd version since you have to insert disc 2 to complete the movie) and Justice league Doom.

Yeah, I'm starting to get pissed as well. I placed my order on the 11th and just checked my e mail and it said ships in 1 day and will receive in 3-5 days. I just checked my order online and it's still sitting in the "in process" stage. Good to see that WB can fuck this up twice now.
