I got one for my points, so I picked up PLEASANTVILLE on BD. Everything else I liked I already owned.

Just got my e-mail--1 for my 1100 points. I was disappointed to see that Warner has removed some Blu-Rays that they had included in the original list that I had thought about getting, like How The West Was Won and Casablanca.
I guess the lucky winner will be Purple Rain.

I had a little over 500 points and got a code for 1 disc. Unfortunately, the code "is not valid." I got the email tonight- does it take a while for the system to recognize it? Anyone else have a similar experience?

Over on another forum, users suggested trying IE when Firefox and Chrome don't work. You may also want to wait a day or so for the system to recognize your code.

Re: WB insider rewards
Friends Box Set was listed when I got through. Code wouldn't work for it though (not that I expected it to). My email says over 75 titles, but only 73 listed. I'm debating if I should wait or just pick up Casablanca and Pleasantville. I'm guessing if they add any more they won't be great.
EDIT: Casablanca is gone now. They must have had a glitch that was adding non eligible titles.

Just got the Donner cut of Superman II since I never upgraded to the BLU ray and Hong Kong Phooey set. At least they shipped them for free.

Does the code allow for free shipping as well?

Got my e-mail and code today. My 3950 points is good for 3 BDs or DVDs. The selection is pretty weak, but who gives a fuck. Getting something for free from a discontinued program is better than nothing. I'll choose my stuff later on.

Re: WB insider rewards
I had 3700 points and was eligible for 3. So I got:
National Lampoon's Vacation Blu
Shawshank Redemption Blu Digibook (even though I have the regular blu, I'm a sucker for the digibooks)
Hong Kong Phooey DVD
I too was off put by the change of selection, but was glad they added Hong Kong Phooey. Been wanting to pick that up for a while now. I was hoping they'd have Willy Wonka, but oh well. I'm satisfied with what I put into it and what I got in return.
Funny enough, back when the program was still running, I was saving my points for the TMNT 4 film box set and had needed roughly 1000 more points to get it. I got to about 300 points left, and then the site went down (I never did know about the glitch). Now that I look back (and after getting the 3 film TMNT set at Wal-Mart for $15), I'm kinda glad it did because I got more now than what I would've gotten then.
I had already gotten Cool Hand Luke and Gremlins with previous points. So, on the whole, 4 Blu's and a DVD TV set for free is a pretty good haul for punching in some codes on a website. RIP WB Rewards, it was fun while it lasted.

I had 15XX points (I forget the specific figure), good for one free title. I wound up picking The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, which I've never seen. Last year, I redeemed points for Gremlins on Blu-ray so that's two free titles. Not bad, given how infrequently I've been buying stuff the last few years. I hope the jerks who ruined this for everyone are happy with their smug selves.

Still wondering how they are figuring these totals out. I had 3700+ and got three free, while someone has 500 gets one free one.
Wonder if they are still going to throw something in the shipment as the "free gift" or is one free title considered a free gift.

P.S... near the beginning of the movie there's a little kid selling lottery tix who ended up becoming a well-known actor - see if you can recognize him.

After thinking about it ... I thought I had much more than 4944.. should have taken a screen grab.... and I do remember starting out with 2144... so if the 4944 was accurate, then I added 2800 points.. which basically scored me 2 more titles.. so I guess it wasn't that bad after all.. just seem to remember being over 5or6k... err....
