Or at Target. Both have Bambi listed at $23.

Target! My closest BB stores (the ones I'm told are in my district) refuse to take mfg. coupons, so buying at Target or Walmart is the only way I can use a coupon. If I buy at Walmart I have to be sure I'll never return it because my Walmarts won't refund the sales tax I paid on the coupon. AFAIK, both are violating corporate policies, but I don't have the time or energy to get corporate involved and make a big issue. So Target it is... except for Bambi where I preordered it for $15 from Amazon. $23 + tax - $10 coupon is about the same as Amazon with no hassle. Thankfully Target and Walmart usually (but not always) will PM + take the coupon.

Too bad Amazon doesn't always match the post-coupon + tax price at local stores and they'd save me from ever having to go to B&M to buy a Disney BD.

Totally agree too... if you can trust B&N. Last BF-Christmas time I ordered a lot of BDs with coupons from B&N.com, and they canceled about half of what I ordered, so I don't trust them very much.

I'll keep my B&N Bambi order. It's slightly cheaper ($12.83 after tax for me), and shipped to me. No coupon needed to be printed, and I don't have to leave the house.

^^Do you just keep that block of text pulled up on your computer so that you can easily cut and paste into any thread involving Best Buy? Your Best Buy doesn't take coupons....We Get It!

Either way, in the Bambi coupon thread, Target apparently has a second DVD that's included with the Blu Ray and is the same price as BBY.

As much as I'd like to have the lunchbox from BB or the bonus DVD from Target, I think I'll stick with my Amazon order as it'll be PM'd down to $12.99 shipped with Prime.

Confirmed. I changed my initial post of the Target ad to reflect this information. Thanks!

Manzana I am still unclear. Do your local Best Buys take manufacturer's coupons or not?

Hmmm... $14.99 for Bambi from Amazon or 12.99 + sales tax here? It's a few cents cheaper at Best Buy if the sales tax is figured on the amount after the manufacturer's coupon, otherwise it might be more expensive. Probably will just stick with Amazon and avoid a visit to Best Buy. Any pictures of the lunchbox?

Just expect Amazon to drop Bambi to $22.99 anyway, to match BB, and you will get it even cheaper from them.

Best Buy is actually advertising the Bambi coupon in the ad for that week....

I don't usually have problems with coupons at BB, but if their own ad isn't enough to shut-up the employees that like to make their own rules, nothing will...

Yea for all those that always have issues... that should officially put an end to them. I personally have never had an issue using a coupon at Best Buy.

I can't believe they put that in the ad about taking the Disney Coupon.... I have been denied .... called customer service... told that is store policy.. notice this is a "special" link for Best Buy... must have been so many complaints to Disney and Best Buy about this.. that they created one just for them... maybe to prove the those at the stores that like to deny Manufacturer Coupons on sale items... that maybe.. just maybe.. they should accept them..

I don't think there's any Best Buy/Disney conspiracy. It's in the Target ad as well.

Any idea what the case for Pirates of the Caribbean is actually like? It says exclusive packaging but the advertisement doesn't show much.

You know, the only thing here I don't understand is why BB isn't keeping the initial sale price of Megamind the same longer considering the movie only went on sale on Fri? It seems quite wrong to only have what amounts to a 48 hour sale price when all other movies get to keep that price for the week.

Is the POC the 7 disc version?

I never got on BD and I've been looking at buying individually, but now that they are in a set...well...seems like the way to go if a deal...but at about $18 per movie...not sure it is....
