Re: $10 Blus at Best Buy
I already have all the good ones on the list and the new releases for that price are crappy movies, ugh!
Though Apocalypse Now is a rarity, I wonder if I should get that. Never seen it.
Hopefully the list updates and we get Road to perdition and Eternal Sunshine, Sherlock Holmes and omg maybe zodiac.

I got The Killers and Fantastic Mr. Fox. Both I've been waiting on a good price for. Also picked up Long Kiss Goodnight for 14.99

Anyone have Apocalypse now,I'm wondering how good the transfer is on this movie? If it good I might pick this up.
Also was wondering if this is the Blu Ray version? The picture shown is not but under it's listing of what format it is it says "Blu Ray"? Lower down you can click on the Blu Ray version? Wonder if I you should do an in store pick up and see which one you get?

$10...the perfect price point for fun mindless, but well made action...picked up Pierre Morel's From Paris with Love (used a GC)
Not in the original link, but The Manchurian Candidate (Blu-ray) is also $9.99 pre-order (2/1 release date) right now.

Cool. I was waiting for True Romance to drop back to $10 or less. Also Best Buy's price for the original I Spit On Your Grave is $9.99. I hope Amazon price matches.

WTF, the only title I wanted, Hannibal, isn't available for store pickup. Grrrr...
I Spit on your Grave is 9.99, but I dunno if I want to own that. I haven't seen it. It sounds intriguing, but disgusting...

Note about Apocalypse Now ... the version on sale is the 2-Disc edition, NOT the Full Disclosure edition.
The third disc in the Full Disclosure Edition includes Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse.
The other supplements on the 3rd disc include:

I Spit on Your Grave is a pretty decent price at $9.99. I saw it for the first time about 2 months ago, and didn't think it was as violent as alot of peeps think. Maybe I'm de-sensitized by all my Italian horror, I don't know?
Always had a soft-spot for Apocalypse Now as well. I saw it in the theater with my Dad, at the ripe ole age of 11.

Re: $10 Blus at Best Buy
Since I'm not a fan of Apocalypse Now, I think I'll pass on this 2 disc edition and wait for it to be cheaper. Maybe if it were the 3 disc edition I would pay $9.99. For fans this is obviously a good deal.
Regarding Fantastic Mr. Fox, I assume there is only a 3 disc edition (BB's thumbnail image shows that) given that there is no 1 disc edition available on Amazon. It's the only 1 I'm going to order from this sale, so I did an in-store pickup (forcing me to pick a store even though I don't know which one I'll be going near) because I'm worried Fantastic Mr. Fox will be out of stock before I go to BB this coming week. I haven't looked at the weekly ad yet, so I don't remember if it's pictured to allow a PM elsewhere (though even if it were in the ad finding it in stock at Walmart or Target could be difficult).
