At Amazon, yes. At NBC/Universal's store, some lucky people got the BSG BD set for $49.99 in May 2010. I think that was the old packaging (w/o The Plan) though.

FWIW, this is a new encode than the previous Blu-ray release and it is definitely for the better.

Tempted by BSG as I don't have any seasons on BD and am missing half of one on SD. Would be a benefit to have it all together.

When it comes to pricing anime, Borders.com is the king. I got this, shipped free to home on release day for $26.39 using a 40% off coupon.

Alien Anthology is £16.65 on Amazon.co.uk. The site has it listed as £19.98, but it adjusted to the lower price when checking out.

Total with shipping for me was $33.65. Much better deal than the current $52.99 sale.

I've also read on other forums that they took it easy on the DNR with this release. I never saw the first Blu-ray release to compare, but the new version looks solid to me.

fyi, I saw many of these and then some 2-packs for $14.99 at Best Buy today. Minus the $5 off coupon that can be found around here + tax may make it a better deal for some at Best Buy.

Of course, if you buy 2 two-packs you're .02 shy of free shipping!
