I placed an order this morning at 2:40 am for Godfather 1 and 2 @ $5.99 each. Payment charged at 2:48 am. Order cancelled at 7:07am due to "logistics difficulties that prevented us from fulfilling your entire order."

Damn, got excited until the shipping charge part. I was really hoping for a deal on this for Black Friday, but shipping kills it for me.

My Godfather BD collection was canceled as well... I was really excited about $28 shipped, too... Bummer!

Had a similar experience, but my order was only canceled for Godfather 2. I was able to secure Godfather 1.

Here's the kicker, after I placed my order I went ahead and threw my old Godfather DVD set up on ebay (do not like part 3 and have already watched the extras). So now I'm trying to find a good deal on part 2...ugh.

Just looked at my email a little closer. 3 emails at 7:07am today saying the same thing, Godfather 2 removed from order.

GI Joe arrived w/o a Slip Cover.. while most times that isn't a big deal.. this version has just a picture on the back.. and no specs... whoops.... I do have to say it is the 2-disc version w/Digital Copy.. not the Blu Only.. which is kuhl ... since there are more special features on the 2nd Disc.. but I wouldn't know from the pic only ... fortunate for a site with cover art...

My Godfather part 1 blu showed up in the mail yesterday w/ slipcover. Ended up being one of my better BF buys.

Mine came without a slipcover, too. I was concerned at first that it was a foreign version or something with there not being any credits or features listing on the back of the case.

I noticed the other day that all the copies at Target didn't have slipcovers, so they must be shipping them that way now. I bought my copy used from GoHastings way back and I didn't get a cover.

It just seems odd that the design is such that w/o the slipcover.. there is no information on the back at all.. bizarro
