I went through all of those titles and picked out the only 3 DVD to BD upgrades that I could justify. All the other stuff was either too expensive for me or I've never seen. I've never managed to see any Futurama or Family Guy episodes, so even though there are deals on them I'm going to pass for now. If I ever see them, I may regret passing on these, but until then...

Insider Rewards gets $25% off, so UM was only $29.96. Then, not only were each of the individual BA discs marked down to $7.99 (better than Amazon's $9.99 apiece), the 25% off yanked 'em down to $5.62 apiece, which even beat WB's price on the box at 25% off ($34.96). Spending about $50 on something I was prepared to spend $80 on -- which was already a sale price -- kicks ass.

I never found Get Him to the Greek with the $10 Blu-ray assortment, but I grabbed one off the regular shelf and sure enough, it rang up $10. Plus it had the slipcover. Bonus. It doesn't come close to the crazy deals or the massive hauls of my fellow DVD Talkers, but I'm content. My local store has a new general manager, and I gotta give the guy props for running a very tight ship. I've never seen a Walmart on top of things like this. They set the tone, and the shoppers followed suit. Neither my wife nor I encountered any rudeness at all; in fact, quite the opposite.
