DD Warner TV deals $33.58

There seems to be a sale going on with Warner titles at Deep Discount although I don't see anything official yet.

So far I've found:

SUPERNATURAL-5TH SEASON $33.58
CHUCK-3RD SEASON $33.58
FRINGE-2ND SEASON $33.58
THE VAMPIRE DIARIES-1ST SEASON $33.58

Maybe find other deals at http://www.deepdiscount.com/warner-b...superstore-tv/

Really tempted by this sale, but are people still having problems with DD (shipments taking forever, etc)?

Aside from the B1G1 sale from Labor Day, I'm still waiting for Season 1 of Amazing Stories; forget exactly when I placed that order - seems like it was about a month ago. --Peter

Tempting for Chuck S3 but not getting any of the labor BOGO selections left a sour taste in my mouth. May wait for Amazon to lower the price since I have it on demand and no rush for the blu.

Re: DD Warner TV deals $33.58

I have 24 BDs on order at DD from late August through early October and exactly 1 of those 24 has shipped. So I'm not ordering anything else from DD until they start shipping my stuff. What I'm more worried about than them canceling everything is that they'll just ship all of the ones that aren't free and never ship the free ones, then they'll be unresponsive to fixing the problem, I'll waste my time, and I'll finally have to get my credit card company involved, but like the fool I am I'm still holding out hope (based on some posts in another thread) that suddenly they will get their act together due to being bought out by "Super D".

Waiting three months for Karate Kid and Boogie Nights. This company is pretty much worthless.

I'm still waiting on my Breaking Bad seasons, but these prices aren't really what I would consider a deal anyway.

Re: DD Warner TV deals $33.58

I'd ordered 2 sets when I originally posted and they showed as in-stock, but of course a few hours later when I received the order email they said backordered. Interestingly, now if I put either in a new shopping cart, they don't have the usual temporarily out of stock message but state "Ships directly from manufacturer" instead. I hadn't seen this before, but maybe this is due to their issues. I remain hopeful that it won't take forever to receive.

Chuck S3 was out of stock when I placed my order, now it says "ships directly from manufacturer." In a pleasant surprise, my order was shipped out yesterday, so perhaps some of the long waits will be mitigated this time around.

Re: DD Warner TV deals $33.58

I'm tempted to get Supernatural Season 3 & 4 for $27.50 each. I just know i'll be kicking myself if I get them and they're lower on BF. I've held off this long waiting for a Black Friday sale on them. Amazon by comparison is currently $38.99...
