Never had any problem. I actually usually buy the item, go open it up in my car and take the coupon and the item and my receipt back to guest service saying I forgot to use the coupon. Never had any problems doing that.

The Flash Forward web coupon wasn't in Target's system. I was able to use it with a supervisor override. I'm pretty sure these $10 ABC coupons do scan though.

So far, Amazon seems to have the best deal on Avatar. $24.99 + $5 off select blu-rays + $4 vod credit.

Last edited by keyed; 11-08-10 at 11:57 PM. Reason: vod is credited only one time

They don't give you $4 VOD credit on each movie. Once you order one movie with the $4 VOD credit, that's it. It's only one credit per customer. I would have tons of VOD credit if that was the case.

Damn, missed that. Oh well, I've never used the vod credit that I had earlier.

Re: Target Media Prices November 14 - November 20

I've always ignored the VOD credit too and at times have had quite a lot, but I always let it expire. Then I recently read on SD a few times that some people had success emailing Amazon asking to convert the VOD credit into store credit. I haven't tried it yet, but it's a thought. However, I once heard a few more details from someone with knowledge about Amazon that if you ask for special things too often that you'll sort of harm yourself for future offers/adjustments, so I do these things sparingly. I'm sure when you email or call and your account info pops up there are all sorts of statistics that influence the outcome (besides which customer service rep you get)... for instance, how much you've spent with them, how many returns, how many coupons used, how many price adjustments, how many phone calls and emails to customer service, etc. That's just speculation on my part, but I know if I ran a huge company that sold lots of stuff, I'd want all of that info visible for my customer service reps to see.

Sign up for Amazon Mom for free prime. Doesn't matter if you don't have kids. They can't prove that you don't.
