DMR Anniversary Blu Rays
I just got the email for my anniversary, but when I entered the code on the website it does nothing and gives me no option to order one of the blu rays. I tried to enter it again, but it said I already redeemed the code. I looked at my history and sure enough it shows "Happy Anniversary 2010 0 Nov-01-2010"
Any idea how I can place this order?

The exact same thing happened to me, the code shows as redeemed on my account but I never even got to pick. Change the thread title to Disney Movie Rewards, who is going to know what DMR means.

I had the exact same issue this morning. I've been trying to figure it out for the last hour, to no avail. Thanks for starting this thread! We'll get to the bottom of it now.

Re: DMR Anniversary Blu Rays
I was kinda disappointed to see there's also a shipping cost of $5. Suddenly went from "Sweet! A free movie" to $5 for some blah titles: Eight Below, Chicken Little or The Rookie.

Re: DMR Anniversary Blu Rays
After I entered the code, it registered, but I could not redeem the code. I came back an hour later and was able to redeem the code for the movie. I was annoyed when I came upon the $4.99 shipping charge, but with a 6-year old boy who is majorly obsessed with sports right now, I figured The Rookie BD was a decent grab for $5 for us to watch together, so I snagged that. Otherwise, not a great promotion.

This is different, this is for your "anniversary" of when you join. There are only 3 tiitles to choose from based on the e-mail I received about the promotion coming up. Odd that the shipping is that much, if I recall for the B-day it was only $2.99 if I remember correctly.

Re: DMR Anniversary Blu Rays
Out of curiosity, for those who have gotten their anniversary offer of these 3 exciting BD titles, did you receive the email exactly on your anniversary date or does Disney "batch" them together once a month or a week (i.e. only on the first of each month)? I never kept track of my anniversary date and there's no way for me to find it out, so I don't know when to expect/hope for my email. If the emails only come out on certain dates, that would be helpful to know. Yes, $4.99 for a "free" BD is not that great, but I suppose I'd pay that much for Chicken Little BD if I saw it in a store. I already have The Rookie and Eight Below on DVD.

No idea, but if you hunt around the site there is a "Contact Us" page. Of course, I ended up solving the problem on my own before ever getting a response.
