Well, not based on the film itself since i've watched both, but based on the bonus features, picture quality, and all other specs. |

The Evil Dead doesn't come with the Limited Edition Bonus Disc anymore, so keep that in mind. You would be extremely lucky to find that edition.
As for the films though, I understand you want it to be based on the other factors... but as The Evil Dead is one of my favorite horror films I can't help but suggest you strongly consider picking it up on Blu-ray. |

You can STILL get that same BD w/ that disc from Amazon. It's all merely by luck though. I got mine Thursday (I think) and it comes w/ that disc. BTW Halloween- $9.99 |

My copy of Evil Dead was just delivered today and I got the Limited Edition with the bonus disc. A few others reported getting this version in the past week from Amazon.

Tried to get Jacob's Ladder on Amazon now that it's $10.49 when I've had it on backorder with DD for several weeks now @ $9.58, but DD won't allow me to cancel it on their website even though it still shows as backordered. Fuckers.

Just got mine in today and mine contained the bonus disc as well. I am astonished as my luck with that kind of stuff is poor. So as promised, I now love ThePhantomGoat.
