Got a crushed disc in one of those plastic "trays" they slide into the mylar bags. CS was pretty good about it, but of course, the item is backordered.

I still don't get why they skimp on packaging to save that extra few cents. The postal service doesn't care what is in those packages. They care about getting their trucks as full as possible. So if your item is on the bottom.. uh oh! Luckily mine arrived in good shape.

I received some items today that shipped on 6/23 but still haven't received a shipment that was sent 6/17. *sigh* Why do I keep ordering from DD and doing this to myself?

Not sure why this one took so long. (My other order made a day earlier on 6/04 arrived over 2 weeks ago.)

Moral question of the day: After having not received Mad Men S3 on Blu-ray from this sale for 15 days after it shipped 6/17, I contacted DD and they re-shipped the item. I received the re-shipment and then, a few days later, the original shipment. Should I contact DD about sending the extra back to them or sell it online?

Well if you're not going to do the right thing by sending it back (honestly, who could blame you?).... you can sell it to a member here for very cheap (i.e. me). That seems like the right thing; sharing the wealth.

I'm in Canada and ordered 12 Blu-rays, they shipped 5 different shipments. 4 of the 5 took about two weeks, but the last one took almost a month. Finally got it last week.

They must be using a slow boat from China as their shipper. Still waiting for my last discs even though they shipped 15 days ago.
