Amazon automatically does that with their preorder price guarantee. They will charge the 13.99 then a couple days later you should get a 3 dollar refund

For a series that was originally intended to be shown on the internet, I'm really suprised that they shot this in HD. Good price, but I have the dvd so I'll pass for now.

It's a three-part short film series, totaling about 42 minutes in length.

Fans of Joss Whedon's other work typically love it. Others have had more mixed reactions.

Can anyone confirm the difference between the blu and the dvd? Seems like blu has fan auditions for league of evil, and that is it.

Just FYI, Best Buy will be carrying the Blu-ray with an exclusive book for $14.99 - whther it's a book worth $5 and tax is anybody's guess.

It's the Dr Horrible comic book. And I was hoping a store had gotten it exclusively once I heard the book version disappearing from Amazon. So thanks for the info.

When you search "Dr. Horrible's" at bestbuy.com you get three results:



I bet the extra dash in "Sing-Along" threw off your search. Of course, like any other Best Buy exclusive, to get it you'll have to find a BB emplyee, remind him he works at Best Buy, and convince him to fetch an advertised exclusive from a heretofore unopened box from the back of the store.
