Mine will be here tomorrow. The only ones I've seen with rebate coupons are the Sapphire editions I think they are called, so there might possibly be a rebate for Saving Private Ryan since that is a Sapphire edition

Really? I thought that for the first several years of blu-ray, many types of people bought the PS3 just to play BDs, and that that continues a bit even to this day.

I consider myself a bit of a techie, and I bought my PS3 mainly for BDs. In fact, I've had it for over a year and have yet to play a game on it, except for one or two demos off PSN.

You're missing out. God of War 3 on PS3 is an amazing game experience.

I know. Not to derail this too much, but I've changed over the last ten years from a big time gamer who used to build gaming PCs and own every console to someone who games about an hour a week, and most of that iPhone only.

I'm trying to get back into my 360, but it's hard with so many films in my unwatched pile. It might be a lost cause now, and I should probably consider myself retired from gaming and hopelessly addicted to DVDs.

Yeah it's still a bit steep but it was a good deal. Now just waiting for my copies to arrive
